The guidance, sizes, and settings provided on this website are for convenience and general information. They may not cover every edge case or the latest changes on external portals. Always verify official requirements.

RK Resize is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NSDL, UTIITSL, the Income Tax Department of India, or any government authority/website. All trademarks or brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

3) No Guarantees or Warranties

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the outputs will always meet external portal criteria.

4) Client-Side Processing & Limits

• Our core tools process files in your web browser (client-side). By default, your files are not uploaded to our servers.
• Client-side processing depends on your device, browser, memory, and GPU; results may vary across setups.
• Some operations (e.g., unlocking encrypted PDFs) may require vector-preserve attempts or high-DPI raster fallbacks. These choices can affect size and clarity.

5) Responsibility for Compliance

You are solely responsible for the lawful use of the tools, including compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and any terms of third-party portals. Use PDF unlock only if you are authorized and have the correct password.

6) Output Quality, Portal Acceptance & Rejections

• Output quality (sharpness, size in KB/px, DPI) depends on your input and settings. We provide recommended defaults, but you should review the result before submission.
• External portals may update their validation rules without notice. We cannot guarantee acceptance of any file.
• We are not responsible for application delays, rejections, or losses arising from use of the outputs.

7) Third-Party Libraries, CDNs & Links

The site uses third-party libraries (e.g., pdf.js, pdf-lib, Tailwind) served via CDNs. We are not responsible for the content, policies, uptime, or security of third-party libraries or external websites linked from this site. Review their terms/privacy independently.

8) Content Ownership & IP

You own the content/files you process. Site UI, design, text, and code are owned by RK Resize or its licensors. Do not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.
